Masako Katsuki

Masako Katsuki (勝生真砂子), born October 15, 1958, is a voice actress who played Michiru Kaiou/Sailor Neptune in the Sailor Moon anime. Her other anime roles include Aya Misaki in Brother, Dear Brother, Sanshi Haku and Ribi in Twelve Kingdoms, and Tsunade in Naruto.
