Yume Senshi - Ai - Eien ni... was loosely based on the the Sailor Moon SuperS season of the anime and Dream arc of the manga. It featured the Dead Moon Circus, but was very different from both the manga and anime.

It was the first musical of Chizuru Soya, Tamaki Dia Shirai, Miyuki Fuji, Keiko Takeda, Keiko Iseki, Tsukiko Tamura, and Tae Kimura, and the only musical of Marie Sada and Natsumi Takenaka. For this musical only, Asuka Umemiya replaced Misako Kotani as Rei Hino/Sailor Mars.

This musical was released on VHS and DVD, and is also available in the Special Musical Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Memorial DVD Box Anza Ooyama Moon Vol. 1.
