Sailor Moon in Thailand refers to the Thai translations of the Sailor Moon series released and published in Thailand under the name เซเลอร์มูน (Sailormoon).

Anime
Translation and Channels
Thailand was one of the first Asian countries outside of Japan to screen the Sailor Moon anime, which premiered in the country in July 24, 1994. The first two seasons were released in dubbed format by Video Square, and the third season by Right Picture.
The same year, a new dub that included all 200 episodes, movies and specials was shown on MODERN9.
In 2011, Right Beyond started releasing the first two seasons and the three movies on VCD and DVD, with a dub more faithful to the original. DVD box sets of the first and second seasons were also released. In the same year, TIGA released one more dub for SuperS, and Stars on DVDs and VCDs. The first two movies from the same dub were also released on DVD.
The first season was shown on MCOT with a completely new dub cast from December 31, 2011 until June 3, 2012, with episodes airing every weekend at 9:00 am.
Censorship and Changes
Censorship was almost nonexistent in the any of the Thai dubs. However, in the MCOT dub of episode 17, footage of Usagi and the girls wearing their swimsuits was blurred.
When the anime was dubbed by Video Square and Right Picture in 1994, the background music was always muted when the characters were speaking in the first two seasons, and for some episodes of the third season.
The opening and ending theme songs for the Thai dubs were always left in Japanese. A remake of "Moonlight Densetsu" entitled "ห่วงใย," (Caring For You) was released in a 1998 soundtrack CD and cassette tape called "เซเลอร์มูน SuperS," which featured covers of Cantonese versions of the original songs in the fourth season of the anime.

Crystal
On January 3, 2016, TIGA announced that a Thai-dubbed version of Sailor Moon Crystal would be produced for a VCD and DVD release in Thailand. It was eventually released in September 2016. Another Thai dub was produced by Modernine TV in 2016, and the first episode aired on MCOT TV on May 21, 2016, with episodes shown every weekend until it reached the end of season 3 on April 23, 2017. These dubs were both released under the title เซเลอร์มูน คริสตัล (Sailormoon Crystal).
Sailor Moon Eternal became available on Netflix with Thai audio and subtitles on June 3, 2021.
Manga
The original 18 tankoubon were released by Vibulkij during the anime's original run in the 1990s. Bigger editions of the manga, with all 18 volumes condensed into 8, were released by SEASON QUEST. The anime comic adaptation of the first two seasons was also published.
In 2014, Vibulkij relicensed the Sailor Moon manga, with all the shinsouban volumes released from September 2014 until October 2015. The two short story volumes were released in August and September 2018, respectively, with the Codename: Sailor V manga to be published in 2020.
The first volume of the Eternal edition of the manga was released in April 2020.
Trivia
- Thailand has a total of six dubs of the first anime series and three of Sailor Moon Crystal, more than any other country so far.
- On February 18, 2017, the Thai Modernine dub of Crystal received awards at the Golden Television Award event for the dub voice actors and the acting.
