My current feelings on these names is that the main articles should be here, and the redirects should be pointing the other way. It's important to point out that the name was only used in certain continuities, but overall I think it's best to use the most complete form of the name (unless there's a good reason not to). dooky 21:03, 28 August 2006 (MST)

I put the redirect here because she only had this name in one continuity, but I have no objection to doing it the other way around. Kerochan no Miko 21:22, 28 August 2006 (MST)
Both arguments have their valid points. I'm neutral here. But is there a facility that, when you click whatever, you get that as the page title? lol 210 21:30, 28 August 2006 (MST)
Redirecting to non-existing pages is a no-no. Either fill this page with information or delete it. -- DENelson83 22:39, 28 August 2006 (MST)
I redirected because I was planning to make the "Rei's mother" and "Ami's mother" pages, but right now I'm waiting to see which one is going to be the redirect. Patience, please. Kerochan no Miko 22:45, 28 August 2006 (MST)
EDIT: I will also note that I don't see anything against this in the rules, and have done so in the past without anyone saying a word. If it's going to be a "no-no" consistency would be nice. Kerochan no Miko 22:47, 28 August 2006 (MST)

WikiMoon is not Wikipedia. I must get around to finishing that policy at some point. Anyway, I've done it myself. I set up redirects for two of the dub episodes way before the proper articles were made, and those were linked from the front page. I agree it's a good idea to fill these pages with content, but let's try and be a little patient about it. As I've already said, I recommend going with the most complete name available. We already have several articles whose names only appear in the guides, so I think this is fine. dooky 00:07, 29 August 2006 (MST)

RIP[edit]

Okay, I added the info to this article...should we have a category for "dead people"? :P Kerochan no Miko 00:51, 29 August 2006 (MST)

Or "The deceased", "RIP", etc.? lol 210 01:28, 29 August 2006 (MST)
I like that: Category: RIP. How many deceased characters do we have, anyway? Kerochan no Miko 01:46, 29 August 2006 (MST)
It's a nice idea, although I'm not sure how well it would work. For instance, all monsters of the day (with a tiny handful of exceptions) would fall under this category, and that's a lot of characters already. Plus, there are many characters who died in one continuity bot not another (such as the Phantom Sisters), and other characters who may either be alive or dead (such as the Animamates at the end of the anime). I was however going to make a similar category for the actors/production staff - there are at least four I know of who've kicked the bucket. dooky 02:04, 29 August 2006 (MST)
My personal view is that only those characters who had been dead w/i all the non-flasback timeframes covered in a continuity are eligible for the RIP title. And an actor/staff RIP category is good. 210 06:07, 29 August 2006 (MST)
I see dead people! -- DENelson83 11:08, 29 August 2006 (MST)
I was thinking along the same lines as 210, with "RIP" being characters who were dead before the series started, like Rei's mother, Makoto's parents, Mamoru's parents, &c. Kerochan no Miko 12:15, 29 August 2006 (MST)

^ Since Kerochan's creation of Category:Real Idols lately, I've recalled the discussion about this "RIP" category (for real people, & probably another one for fictional characters). As Dooky is currently in hiatus, how about realizing his unfinished work? --210 18:37, 22 November 2006 (MST)

Name characters[edit]

After doing some Googling, Bablefishing, and using the "Find in this page" tool I found this page which has the sentance "As for name of the mother the pattern which is 火野リサ" in it (in the Act 17) summary. GracieLizzie 08:55, 30 August 2006 (MST)

Interesting that her given name is in katakana... which is (fairly) uncommon, although another example is Rei. dooky 10:35, 30 August 2006 (MST)

PGSM[edit]

Didn't she appear in a flashback in PGSM? Elanorea 10:30, 3 January 2007 (MST)

There was a flashback where she was in a hospital bed, but I only remember her form and not her face being visible. Otherwise, I don't recall... Kerochan no Miko 12:06, 3 January 2007 (MST)
Same here, but then she might be credited in the opening of the episode? --210 20:45, 4 January 2007 (MST)
So she 1st appeared in Act 10 or 33? --210 21:16, 8 February 2007 (MST)
Act 10 just showed the empty hospital bed, but Act 33 actually showed her (including her face). Kerochan no Miko 21:58, 8 February 2007 (MST)
Thx. --210 23:26, 8 February 2007 (MST)
