Thanks Kerochan no Miko. I'm happy to help out wherever I can. I will read through the Community Portal for now. Also, I will replace those images I originally uploaded with ones offsite to cater to the current images policy if that's okay. -CorzaMoon (talk) 01:17, 24 November 2019 (EST)
As noted in said images policy:
NOTE: If an article already has an image that has been uploaded to the WikiMoon server, do not just replace it with another image. Instead, upload your image to a free host, then provide a link to your image on the talk page for the article in question with an explanation of why you think the image needs to be replaced.
Please follow that procedure if you think you have better images. Kerochan no Miko (talk) 15:23, 24 November 2019 (EST)
Will do. Thanks for the heads up. I have access to all the remastered european DVDs, and all of the Toei upscaled blu-rays, so I am happy to update whatever I can to something that looks good. I'll post it in the talk pages. Thanks again for your assistance. -CorzaMoon (talk) 18:08, 24 November 2019 (EST)
Also FYI when this wiki started over a decade ago screen resolutions were significantly smaller, so I wouldn't mind increasing the standard screencap size as long as it still fits within the infobox. Kerochan no Miko (talk) 23:33, 24 November 2019 (EST)
I was actually going to ask you about that, so thanks. I will start making the files a little bigger to fit the box. Would you prefer to keep the profiles in a portrait style and everything else to be more of a square/4:3 for TV series sources & landscape/16:9 to match the Films/Crystal sources? -CorzaMoon (talk) 02:34, 25 November 2019 (EST)
Yes, any screencaps should be in 4:3/16:9 but character/item/whatever images can be whatever it needs to be to show the subject. Kerochan no Miko (talk) 15:39, 25 November 2019 (EST)

You may add the "Wikimoonies in Australia" category into your user page. ^^ --210 (talk) 05:01, 28 November 2019 (EST)

Thanks, will do. -Corza Moon (talk) 05:04, 28 November 2019 (EST)

I removed your edits regarding Momoko's dub name because you simply can not make changes like that based only on your personal opinion. Information in the articles must be based on actual, canonical information, not opinion, conjecture, or invention. If, as you say, her name is not found anywhere in print, how can you say that your idea is any more correct than someone else's? Please confine your edits to verifiable fact. Sorry. I forgot to say she was listed as Melanie on the ANN website and whoever originally wrote Melody was probably going off a low quality audio TV version. There are lots more sources now writing it as Melanie. Only IMDB has Melody and we already know we can't trust them. -Corza Moon (talk) 21:42, 10 February 2020 (EST)
ANN is about equally as trustworthy as IMDb. Kerochan no Miko (talk) 17:24, 12 February 2020 (EST)
True, but then why are we using "Melody" if that's what IMDB has, when clearly all characters are saying "Melanie"? -Corza Moon (talk) 02:10, 13 February 2020 (EST)
"Clearly" according to whom? Kerochan no Miko (talk) 10:08, 13 February 2020 (EST)
According to Mary Long who voiced Melanie and also Miss Morino, who called out Melanie's name. At least now we know for sure. Another dub mystery case closed. -Corza Moon (talk) 04:09, 22 February 2020 (EST)

Versions

The style for actors was originally to list the Japanese seiyuu as "anime" and English dub actor as "dub", no matter whether it was the DiC or Cloverway dub. When the Viz dub came out, they were marked as "Viz dub" because it was a different dub. So that's why I was removing DiC or Cloverway, because the style was to just list plain "dub". However, it's started to look a little weird to have "dub" and "Viz dub" in the same line, so I've stopped taking it out. Kerochan no Miko (talk) 19:34, 30 March 2020 (EDT)

So removing "dub" from the English names of characters, and with voice actors was shall we do the same "(DiC)", "(Cloverway)", and "(Viz)"? Do you still want the company linked to their article as well? -Corza Moon (talk) 03:27, 31 March 2020 (EDT)
I thought we decided on not using "dub" for the "Dub Names" field since "dub" is already the field name. -Corza Moon (talk) 20:50, 3 April 2020 (EDT)
Not only do I not recall even having that discussion, I don't know why I would have agreed to it, since "Dub Names" is only the name of that field in the template and it displays as "English Name" in the table. Kerochan no Miko (talk) 11:30, 5 April 2020 (EDT)

Proof

What is your proof that Ellen Dubin played that role? Kerochan no Miko (talk) 20:02, 3 April 2020 (EDT)

I am speaking to her via email. She showed me a post from January on her official facebook page asking for Sailor Moon fans to help her track down a voice she played in the old Sailor Moon series. The clues she gave: Southern-accent character. I messaged her, sent her the clip of Lori, and that was her. She's in the process of adding it to her official website and IMDB page. She had only remembered the type of voice she did, but not the actual character's name. To thank me, she is getting me in touch with Terri Hawkes, Maria Vacratsis and Kathy Laskey. I'm so excited! My complete cast list project for the dub is getting more traction! -Corza Moon (talk) 20:48, 3 April 2020 (EDT)
And where is the proof that she's telling you the truth? Kerochan no Miko (talk) 21:53, 3 April 2020 (EDT)
Tony Daniels (Jedite) and Tracey Hoyt (Sailor Mini Moon) both vouched for her. -Corza Moon (talk) 00:08, 4 April 2020 (EDT)
That'll do. Kerochan no Miko (talk) 01:10, 4 April 2020 (EDT)

If you would like further explanation of standards of proof, I will gladly discuss the matter with you. I will not, however, engage with anyone who decides to throw insults from behind an anonymous IP, whether you encouraged them to do so or not. Kerochan no Miko (talk) 23:50, 24 April 2020 (EDT)

I don't know who that was. I'm just providing you with the sources that I am being given from someone who worked on the series and have nothing to gain from "faking" scheduling sheets. It's up to you if you decide to use or ignore the information. I was lucky enough to get my hands on these, after researching the last 5 months, all the stress and anxieties of reaching out to all these cast and crew have finally given me something real. This undisclosed crew member has been vouched for by Tony Daniels, as they have worked on many series together. -Corza Moon (talk) 10:10, 25 April 2020 (EDT)
I don't personally think that someone is going to be faking schedule sheets, because...why. However, for it to pass as a valid source of proof and move beyond just "oh, this is an interesting bit of litter from back in the day", it needs something of authenticity - like an official header or at least being sourced from a named individual who definitely did have access to that kind of thing. If Tony Daniels is vouching for this mysterious source that does help, but... it's still kind of iffy to me. Can you at least get more than one document for each bit of information you want to add to an article? Kerochan no Miko (talk) 18:20, 25 April 2020 (EDT)
