I'm afraid I don't understand what you're talking about. What does a photo gallery have to do with random trivia? Well, the thing is, this wiki is intended just to be an encyclopedia of information about the MOTDs. What you're describing sounds more like a shrine or an image gallery, which...isn't really the point here. We include images just to illustrate things, such as what the character in question looked like, instead of just throwing in a whole bunch of images for fun. Space-Time_Door

I think in the Sailor Pluto article or the Space-Time_Door it should be noted that Pluto opned the door in episode Journey_to_the_Future!_Battle_in_the_Space-Time_Corridor. Also, this may seem unimportant, In the Simpsons epsiode "'Tis the Fifteenth Season" The couch is a street bench in Japan, and everyone is a famous anime character: Homer is Ultraman, Marge is Jun from Science Ninja Team Gatchaman, Lisa is Usagi Tsukino, the protagonist from Sailor Moon, Bart is Astro Boy and Maggie is Pikachu from Pokémon. Re: Singers

Yes, I know I left that in the infoboxes yesterday, but after thinking about it I realized it shouldn't have been there in the first place. They didn't actually perform as that character, they simply sang a part of a song that represented that character. Risa Ooki sang "Initial U" but that didn't mean she performed as Haruka, it just meant she sang a song from Haruka's viewpoint. Kerochan no Miko 03:43, 20 February 2011 (MST)

I don't see the comparison, because they weren't singing in a movie. They were singing on a CD of "songs inspired by" a television show. And no, I just said that we shouldn't add Risa Ooki to Haruka's infobox (and definitely not "Amara's" since Risa Ooki had absolutely nothing to do with the dub) for the same reason I took Jennifer Cihi out of Usagi's. You said that "their voices were credited in the episodes just like in movies" but that isn't true. I checked the end credits for episode 48 and in the song credits it said:

"Starry Night" by MICHAEL BENGHIAT & JOHN AUTHOR for THE MUSIC KITCHEN

"Call My Name (And I'll Be There)" by MICHAEL BENGHIAT, JOHN AUTHOR & SANDY HOWELL for THE MUSIC KITCHEN

Those are songwriter credits, not performer. Sandy Howell wasn't credited as the voice of Raye, therefore your claim is incorrect for that episode -- can you prove that any of the others were credited as voicing that character in the episodes those songs appeared?

Basically, I don't understand why they should be credited as actually voicing a role when all they did was sing a song on a CD, or performed a song that was used as a background/inset song and not one performed by the actual character. Kerochan no Miko 04:46, 20 February 2011 (MST)

But my point is that they didn't "provide a singing voice to a character," they simply sang a song that was intended to be from that character's viewpoint. The "technical details" are the very soul of this argument, and you can't try to present them as backing up your point of view and then just ignore them when they turn out to be wrong. Plagiarism

JMF, the information you've been adding to the MotD articles is clearly being taken from the Ultimate Sailor Moon Encyclopedia, even if you're slightly altering some of the wording to make it a less obvious copy/paste job. Please be aware that all edits to this wiki must be your own work and even if you remove a word or two here and there it is still plagiarism and still against the rules of this wiki. JMF, when I warned you about not plagiarizing information from the Ultimate Sailor Moon Encyclopedia, that meant that you needed to write your own completely original information in articles. Your latest edit to the Nekonneru article, however, was basically your old edit to the Nekonneru article with a few sentences switched around. This is not acceptable. "Many things" were most definitely not different. Here, I'll show you:

July 11: Apart from her superhuman strength and the ability to teleport, Nekonneru was highly invulnerable to physical injury, being able to reform parts of herself from her constituent jigsaw puzzle pieces after these were separated or blown away. Her most lethal weapons were her razor sharp claws, capable of slashing through skin, and her long tail that could catch objects or split up into several tails and intertwine, forming some sort of battering ram. In addiction and, just like a cat, Nekonneru had a high level of speed, agility and reflexes, making it very hard for the Sailor Senshi to finally defeat her.

August 8: Nekonneru appeared to be almost indestructible due to the fact that her body was constituded by jigsaw puzzle pieces, making these separate after she was attacked and return, reforming the damaged body part. She could also slash and cut through any surface with her incredibly sharpened claws and use her long tail to grab objects or divide it into several tails, so that these would interlace, forming some sort of battering ram. Adding to all of this, Nekonneru was very fast and agile, possessed high reflexes, staggering strength and the ability to teleport, making it quite difficult for the Sailor Senshi to finally defeat her.

When you compare those two, it's clear that you're simply re-using the same information with a few different words, like "incredibly sharpened claws" instead of "razor sharp claws," or "intertwine" instead of "interlace." You were also still using phrases copied from the Ultimate Sailor Moon Encyclopedia, such as the part about the battering ram. You may have agreed not to edit that article, but if you engage in this same behavior in other articles it will result in a ban. You've had enough warnings about plagiarism that it should be quite clear to you by now. Write your own contributions or don't write at all. Kerochan no Miko 12:04, 8 August 2011 (MST)

Anime Characters

Considering that the vast majority of characters and MotDs only appeared in one episode, there isn't much point in that. Also the vast amount of work that would be involved in changing any of the infoboxes at this point (since every single article using that template would also have to be edited) is an excellent reason not to. Living in the US

JMF, I think that you don't quite understand just how very large the US is. I have no chance to track down voice actors unless I happen to run into them at a convention. Tara Strong lives in California, which is at least a twelve-hour drive should I decide to go straight there and should I decide to be a creepy stalker and try to hunt her down (hint: I'm not going to), and I don't have the time or the money to go traveling around the country to hunt down voice actors for a wiki I run in my spare time. This is especially the fact when, as I told you? I don't really care about the dub. The whole point of the wiki is that people who care about certain aspects of it can focus on those aspects; I concentrate on the original anime, the manga, and the musicals, and I let people who know more about the rest fill in the other gaps. You're in Portugal, but would you go track down voice actors in person in order to ask them about roles they played?
As for your accusations that I don't care enough about this project, may I point out that I've devoted a very significant amount of my time and effort to it for over five and a half years. The fact that there are unwritten articles hardly means that I simply don't care about it; it means that I need to find more people who know about things to help. As you say, there is little information about the Hebrew dub to be found, and I needed someone who actually is in Israel to fill that out. --Kerochan no Miko 12:58, 23 November 2011 (MST)

JMF, I'm not sure what you want from me. I have stated several times now that I am not interested in hunting down voice actors. I am not going to do it. Even if I lived in the same city as one, I wouldn't do it, because that's not at all something I'm interested in doing. You can find it fun all you want, I simply don't see it that way. I've also done a significant amount of research for this wiki, even if I'm not giving you detailed records of how I spend my time; the fact that I'm not researching the things that you want me to doesn't change that fact. I actually spent probably two hours yesterday hunting down information on Tara Strong, when I could very well have been doing something I find much more interesting, and I find your accusations that I'm "not helping" to be highly offensive.
