Youko Soumi

Youko Soumi (沢海陽子), born May 31, 1965, in Niigata, Japan, is an actress who spoke the narration for a book and provided the voice of Queen Serenity in Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon. She has also done voice work for anime, and her anime roles include Karen Kasumi in X, Teresa Wong in Arjuna, and Yukie Kariya in Fafner.
