Yumemi Yumeno is an anime only character. She is an artist, and in episode 28 she had Usagi and Mamoru model for her.
She originally hid her identity and drew a gorgeous fantasy woman in her place in her "self portrait", as she had low self esteem. However, Usagi encouraged her to be more open about her identity and she replaced the said "self portrait" with a more accurate one.
She is one of the Seven Great Youma, and she transformed into Vena when Zoisite removed the Green Rainbow Crystal from her body.
In the dub she was known as Peggy Jones, and used the stage name Lonnie Lenai.
