Yuusuke Numata

Yuusuke Numata (沼田祐介), born June 10, 1968, in Kanagawa, Japan, is a voice actor who played some minor roles in the R season of the Sailor Moon anime. His other anime roles include Bebi in Dragon Ball GT, Ahmed el Fasi in Gundam SEED, and Mamoru Iwashima in Konjiki no Gash Bell!!.
