Moon Prism Power was a magical attack that appeared only in episode 46 of the Sailor Moon anime. Princess Serenity used this attack to defeat Super Beryl, with the help of the Guardian Senshi. This use of the Silver Crystal cost her life, but she made a final wish with the last of her power and as a result she and her friends were revived without their memories of being Sailor Senshi.
