a) The English translation used in the anime by ADV is "Juuban Public Hall", beneath the sign with the kanji. The Google translation of "Public Hall" gives 公民館 as the 2nd possible translation, which satisfied me. However, I agree that Juuban Community Center is a better name, because:

b) Juuban Hall is a completely different building. The play is rehearsed at Juuban Public Hall but performed at Juuban Hall, so the ADV translation causes some confusion. Juuban Hall also appered in [[Dream of a White Dress! Usagi Becomes a Bride|episode 16]]; the wedding contest is being held there.
