Super GALS parody
Super GALS Parody refers to the Sailor Moon parodies in episode 41 of the anime series Super GALS!, "Shibuya Soldier ♥ Mystery → Maru-Q Moon." In this episode, one of the characters wore a costume almost identical to Sailor Moon's (and a mask similar to Sailor V's), and several direct references to the series were made, up to and including direct quotes from the anime series with the same lighting, backgrounds, and poses.
Summary[edit]
As the character Kasumi was trying to escape from the Tan Face Trio, she bought a sailor fuku cosplay costume in an unsuccessful attempt to disguise herself. As she ran away, she accidentally performed a number of heroic deeds, making her persona "Maru-Q Moon" so famous that a reward was offered for information about her true identity.
