- In 2002, Bandai produced a special anniversary show for the musicals called Ai no Sanctuary, which also featured past cast members as guest performers.
- The guests on the first day were all part of the lineup of performers at the 2019 commemorative concert Akiko Kosaka 45th Anniversary Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Music History.
- Meiku Harukawa, the third Kou Seiya/Sailor Star Fighter, was originally a guest in the last performance, but her appearance had to be canceled due to testing positive for COVID-19 a few days prior.
