Karakuriko was the first Lemures used by Tiger's Eye during his attack on Unazuki Furuhata. When Sailor Moon and Sailor Chibi Moon confronted Tiger's Eye, he summoned Karakuriko to deal with them so that he could look at Unazuki's Dream Mirror.
Tuxedo Mask arrived to help, but fell into a trap laid by Tiger's Eye. Upon realizing that Unazuki's Mirror was not the Golden Mirror, Tiger's Eye ordered Karakuriko to kill the girl and the Sailor Senshi. With the help of Pegasus, Sailor Moon and Sailor Chibi Moon transformed into their "super" forms and defeated Karakuriko.
Trivia
- The "Karakuri" part of her name comes from the word "絡繰り" (same pronunciation), which means "mechanical," as in "mechanical [windup] doll."
