Galactica Tornado was an attack used by Sailor Lead Crow in the manga, musicals, and Crystal.
In the manga, Sailor Lead Crow used this attack for the first and only time in Act 53, where she used it against Phobos and Deimos. They both leaped out of the way, and the attack destroyed the facade of the Hikawa Shrine instead.
The attack appeared in the first part of Sailor Moon Cosmos as in the manga. In that version, Sailor Lead Crow raised her left hand above her head, then drew both hands back over her right shoulder while rotating her upper body clockwise, her left shoulder now facing her enemy, as a flurry of black feathers and light blue beams of light streamed between her palms. She then stretched out her left arm in front of herself to release a tornado accompanied by swirling feathers.
This attack also appeared in the only two musicals in which Sailor Lead Crow was present. In Starlights - Ryuusei Densetsu, she tried to use it against Minako, but Saitou Kun stepped in the way and was knocked down instead. In Kakyuu-Ouhi Kourin, Sailor Lead Crow effectively used this attack against Sailor Venus and later against the Senshi of the Outer Solar System.
Trivia
- After performing Galactica Tornado in Sailor Moon Cosmos, Sailor Lead Crow later used another attack that was not referred to by name, but looked very similar to Galactica Tornado, in which she released another tornado from her hand accompanied by swirling feathers that was able to block Eternal Sailor Mars' Mars Flame Sniper.
